Your film needs production value, something that will make the cinematography more exciting. This DIY tutorial will show you exactly how to get rain in your film with this rain machine.
All you need is a garden hose, a drill, and something to cap off the end. This could be a hose cap or a spray nozzle. Drill holes approximately one foot apart into the hose. Get some large objects to hang the hose over. (For example: A swing set, basketball net, C-Stand, Tree, etc.). Turn on the water and let the water shoot up into the air and rain down.
Always be sure to backlight the rain. This will allow it to be seen clearly on camera.
